“This Public Hearing is convened pursuant to the Local Government Act in order to consider: Official Community Plan Amendment Bylaw No. 1063, 2025 and Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 1064, 2025.”
The Bylaw aims to amend the Official Community Plan to redesignate the properties from MR, Medium Density Residential to TC, Town Centre.
“The Land Use Map, being Schedule ‘B’ of the Town of Princeton Official Community Plan Bylaw No. 1044, 2023 is amended by changing the land use designation of the lands described as Lot A, District Lot 706, Plan EPP125792 and Lot A, District Lot 706, Plan EPP 133196 located at 82, 84, 88 and 87 Fenchurch Avenue shown shaded red on Schedule ‘A’ which forms part of this Bylaw, from MR – Medium Density Residential to TC – Town Center.”
The Bylaw aims to amend the Zoning Bylaw to rezone the properties from RM2, Multi-Family Residential to C2, Central Business.
