Town of Princeton Fees and Charges Bylaw 1026, 2022 Page 2 SCHEDULE “A” – Miscellaneous Fees and Charges A01 – Photocopies, sold by the Town to any entity, billed per page A02 – Tax Certificate, sold by the Town to any entity, billed per request, free to registered owners by statute A03 – NSF Cheque Fee, billed per incidence, rate is amount quoted in chart or will be billed at cost + 15% administrative fee, whichever rate is higher A04 – Fee to generate and print a title search as filed by the LTSA, billed per title requested A05 – Administrative charge to refund any ratepayer (for utility billing or property tax) who overpays their utility billing or property tax account and requests a refund, billed per cheque released, may be waived at the discretion of the Financial Officer if the refund was triggered by an error conducted by Town staff A06 – Copy of Site Plan within the Town records, billed per site plan requested, rate is amount quoted in chart or will be billed at cost + 15% administrative fee, whichever rate is higher A07 – Notice on Title, billed per LTSA filing A08 – Recycling Container Replacement, billed per container A09 – Billable Outbound Fax, billed per individual fax sent, rate is amount quoted in chart or will be billed at cost + 15% administrative fee, whichever rate is higher A10 – Comfort Letters, billed per letter requested A11 – Sidewalk Café Annual Permit - Billed per site permitted A12 – Sidewalk Café charge per Parking Stall - Billed per parking site A13 – Freedom of Information Request – Billed per request A14 – Paper copies of information, sold by the Town to any entity, billed per page A15 – Shipping Costs – Billed at cost + 15% administrative fee A16 – Handling Costs – Billed per shipment made under charge A15.
