H01 – Sterilized Dog with Permanent Identification is defined as in Part Three of the Town of Princeton Animal Control Bylaw No. 782, 2006 and its subsequent amendments if the dog’s owner has documentation of the dog being spayed or neutered as listed under Section 11 of the Town of Princeton Animal Control Bylaw No. 782,

2006. The fee charged shall be levied annually.

H02 – Unspayed or Unneutered Dog is defined as in Part Three of the Town of Princeton Animal Control Bylaw No. 782, 2006 and its subsequent amendments if the dog’s owner has no documentation of being spayed or neutered as listed under Section 11 of the Town of Princeton Animal Control Bylaw No. 782, 2006. The fee charged shall be levied annually. The rate in H02 will be the default rate charged unless another rate is charged under the Town of Princeton Animal Control Bylaw No. 782, 2006 and its subsequent amendments. H03 – Service Dog is defined as in Part Three of the Town of Princeton Animal Control Bylaw No. 782, 2006 and its subsequent amendments if the dog’s owner has documentation detailing the dog as a service dog as listed under Section 11 of the Town of Princeton Animal Control Bylaw No. 782, 2006. The fee charged shall be levied annually. The rate in H02 will be the default rate charged unless another rate is charged under the Town of Princeton Animal Control Bylaw No. 782, 2006 and its subsequent amendments. H04 – Vicious Dog is defined as in Part Three of the Town of Princeton Animal Control Bylaw No. 782, 2006 and its subsequent amendments if the dog’s owner has documentation detailing the dog as a service dog as listed under Section 11 of the Town of Princeton Animal Control Bylaw No. 782, 2006. The fee charged shall be levied annually. H05 – Domestic Bees is defined as in Part Five of the Town of Princeton Animal Control Bylaw No. 782, 2006 and its subsequent amendments to keep domesticated bees. The fee charged shall be levied annually. H06 – Domestic Poultry is defined as in Part Five of the Town of Princeton Animal Control Bylaw No. 782, 2006 and its subsequent amendments to keep domesticated chickens. The fee charged shall be levied annually. H07 – Duplicate or Transfer of License is defined as in Section 9 of Part Three of the Town of Princeton Animal Control Bylaw No. 782, 2006 and its subsequent amendments for duplicating or transferring of license. The fee charged shall be levied per occurrence. H08 – Replacement Tag is defined as in Section 10 of Part Three of the Town of Princeton Animal Control Bylaw No. 782, 2006 and its subsequent amendments for the replacement tag. The fee charged shall be levied per occurrence. H09 – Impound Dog Level 1 (Base Fee) is defined as in Section 29 of Part Seven of the Town of Princeton Animal Control Bylaw No. 782, 2006 and its subsequent amendments. This fee is levied regardless of how many days the animal is impounded and is applied once. A Level 1 fee is levied for the first lifetime impoundment of the animal involved. This fee is applied to any dog that is not considered vicious under the definition applied in

A Level 1 fee is levied for the first lifetime impoundment of the animal involved. This fee is applied to any dog that is not considered vicious under the definition applied in Section 2 of Part Two of the Town of Princeton Animal Control Bylaw No. 782, 2006 and its subsequent amendments. H23 – Impound Hoofed Animal (Base Fee) is defined as in Section 29 of Part Seven of the Town of Princeton Animal Control Bylaw No. 782, 2006 and its subsequent amendments. This fee is levied regardless of how many days the animal is impounded and is applied once. H24 – Impound Hoofed Animal (Daily Fee) is defined as in Section 29 of Part Seven of the Town of Princeton Animal Control Bylaw No. 782, 2006 and its subsequent amendments . This fee is levied daily for the duration the animal is impounded with the first day of impoundment being the day the animal is impounded.

This fee is levied regardless of how many days the animal is impounded and is applied once. H26 – Impound Other Animal (Daily Fee) is defined as in Section 29 of Part Seven of the Town of Princeton Animal Control Bylaw No. 782, 2006 and its subsequent amendments. This fee is levied daily for the duration the animal is impounded with the first day of impoundment being the day the animal is impounded. H27 – Fire Inspection, within Town Boundaries is defined as in Section 8.2 of the Town of Princeton Volunteer Fire Department Bylaw No. 997, 2021. This fee will be levied annually and will be applicable to any building located within the Town’s boundary. H28 – Fire inspection, outside of Town Boundaries is defined as in Section 8.2 of the Town of Princeton Volunteer Fire Department Bylaw No. 997, 2021. This fee will be levied annually, will be applicable to any building located outside the Town’s boundary but within the Fire Protection District as per agreement with the applicable Local Government responsible for the property in question. The Fire Chief will be required to submit an estimate of the cost of the inspection plus a 15% administrative fee to the building owner before the inspection is completed.
