TOWN OF PRINCETON
BYLAW NO. 962, 2019
A bylaw to amend the Town of Princeton Zoning Bylaw No. 880, 2013
The Council of the Town of Princeton, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
1. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the “Town of Princeton Zoning
Amendment Bylaw No. 962, 2019.”
2. The Town of Princeton Zoning Bylaw No. 880, 2013, is amended by:
i) adding a new section 21.11 (Site Specific Service Commercial (CSs) Regulations) under Section 21 (CS - Service Commercial) to read as follows:
21.11 Site Specific Service Commercial (CSs) Regulations
.1 in the case of land described as Lot 1, Plan KAP78819, District Lot 706, YDYD ( 367 Highway 3), and shown shaded yellow on Figure 21.11.1: a) the following principal use shall be permitted on the land in addition to the permitted uses listed in Section 21.1: i) bottle collection and recycling depot.

3. The Official Zoning Map, being Schedule ‘A’ of the Town of Princeton Zoning Bylaw
No. 880, 2013, is amended by changing the land use designation of the land described as Lot 1, Plan KAP78819, District Lot 706, YDYD (367 Highway 3) and shown shaded yellow on Schedule ‘A’, which forms part of this Bylaw, from Local Business (C1) to Service Commercial Site Specific (CSs).
Read a first and second time this 21st day of May 2019.
Public Hearing held on this 3rd day of June 2019.
Read a third time this 3rd day of June 2019.
Approved pursuant to section 52(3)(a) of the Transportation Act, this _14th _ day of _June___, 2019.
