TOWN OF PRINCETON
BYLAW NO. 970, 2020
A bylaw to amend the Town of Princeton Zoning Bylaw No. 880, 2013
The Council of the Town of Princeton, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
1. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the “Town of Princeton Zoning
Amendment Bylaw No. 970, 2020.”
2. The Town of Princeton Zoning Bylaw No. 880, 2013, is amended by: adding a new
section 14.3.2 (RDS - Two Family Residential Site Specific) under Section 14 (RD –
Two Family Residential) to read as follows:
.2 In the case of lands described as Lot 13, Blo ck 44, Plan KAP96, District 706, YDYD (292 Burton Avenue):
i) Despite Section 14.2.9, the minimum parcel frontage shall not be less than 25% of the parcel depth.
3. The Official Zoning Map, being Schedule ‘A’ of the Town of Princeton Zoning Bylaw
No. 880, 2013, is amended by changing the land use designation of the land described as Lot 13, Block 44, Plan KAP96, District Lot 706, YDYD (292 Burton Figure 14.3.2 Two Family Residential Site Specific (RDS)
(YELLOW SHADED AREA)
Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 970, 2020 Page 2 Avenue), and shown shaded yellow on Schedule ‘A’, which forms part of this Bylaw, from Single Family Residential ( Small Parcel ) (RS2) to Two Family Residential Site Specific (RDS).
Read a first and second time this 2nd day of March, 2020.
Public Hearing held on this 16th day of March, 2020.
Read a third time this 16th day of March, 2020.
Approved pursuant to section 52(3)(a) of the Transportation Act, this 31st day of March, 2020.
