TOWN OF PRINCETON
BYLAW NO. 969, 2020
A bylaw to amend the Town of Princeton Zoning Bylaw No. 880, 2013
The Council of the Town of Princeton, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
1. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the “Town of Princeton Zoning
Amendment Bylaw No. 969, 2020.”
2. The Official Zoning Map, being Schedule ‘A’ of the Town of Princeton Zoning Bylaw
No. 880, 2013, is amended by changing the land use designation of the land described as Lot 9, Block 44, Plan KAP96, District Lot 706, YDYD (272 Burton Avenue), and shown shaded yellow on Schedule ‘A’, which forms part of this Bylaw, from Single Family Residential ( Small Parcel ) (RS2) to Two Family Residential (RD).
Read a first and second time this 2nd day of March, 2020.
Public Hearing held on this 16th day of March, 2020.
Read a third time this 16th day of March, 2020.
Approved pursuant to section 52(3)(a) of the Transportation Act, this 31st day of March, 2020.
