M01 – Admission Family is defined as the admission rate for up to two adults and two children under 18 years of age to access the Princeton Centennial Pool, the Princeton & District Arena for public skating events, or any other recreation event that charges a standard admission rate. The fee is charged as a daily rate. This fee replaces rates for admission for the adults and children that would otherwise use the M03, M04, and M06 rates. M02 – Admission Child is defined as the admission rate for a child under 5 years of age to access the Princeton Centennial Pool, the Princeton & District Arena for public skating events, or any other recreation event that charges a standard admission rate. This fee replaces the rate charged under M06. M03 – Admission Student is defined as the admission rate for any person who is currently attending an educational facility, whether elementary, secondary or post-secondary, with a current, valid ID to their educational institution to access the Princeton Centennial Pool, the Princeton & District Arena for public skating events, or any other recreation event that charges a standard admission rate. The fee is charged as a daily rate. This fee replaces rates for admission for the adults and children that would otherwise use the M03, M04, and M06 rates. M04 – Admission Senior 1 is defined as the admission rate for an adult who is at least 55 years of age to access the Princeton Centennial Pool, the Princeton & District Arena for public skating events, or any other recreation event that charges a standard admission rate. The fee is charged as a daily rate. This fee replaces the rate charged under M06. M05 – Admission Senior 2 is defined as the admission rate for an adult who is at least 75 years of age to access the Princeton Centennial Pool, the Princeton & District Arena for public skating events, or any other recreation event that charges a standard admission rate. This fee replaces the rate charged under M06. M06 – Admission is defined as the admission rate for any person to access the Princeton Centennial Pool, the Princeton & District Arena for public skating events, or any other recreation event that charges a standard admission rate. The fee is charged as a daily rate. This fee is the default rate for admission to recreation facilities unless another fee applies. M07 – 10-Use Punch Card Family is defined as the admission rate for up to two adults and two children under 18 years of age to access the Princeton Centennial Pool, the Princeton & District Arena for public skating events, or any other recreation event that charges a standard admission. The fee is charged as a daily rate and can be used for up to 10 non-consecutive days. This fee replaces rates for admission for the adults and children that would otherwise use the M03, M04, and M06 rates. M08 – 10-Use Punch Card Student is defined as the admission rate for any person who is currently attending an educational facility, whether elementary, secondary or post-secondary, with a current, valid ID to their educational institution to access the Princeton Centennial Pool, the Princeton & District Arena for public skating events, or any other recreation event that charges a standard admission rate. The fee is charged as a daily rate and can be used for up to 10 non-consecutive days. This fee replaces rates for admission for the adults and children that would otherwise use the M03, M04, and M06 rates. The fee is charged by the calendar month for unlimited use of recreation facilities during the calendar month for the public programming eligible under this rate. This fee is the default rate for admission to recreation facilities unless another fee applies. M15 – Minor Hockey 1 is defined as the rental rate charged for youth ice sports to organized non-profit groups based in the Town of Princeton or Area H of the Regional District of Okanagan-Similkameen. The fee listed is based on an hourly booking with a minimum charge of one hour. This rate is in effect for any booking between 6:00AM to 9:00AM or between 10:00PM to 6:00AM, Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays. M16 – Minor Hockey 2 is defined as the rental rate charged for youth ice sports to organized non-profit groups based in the Town of Princeton or Area H of the Regional District of Okanagan-Similkameen. The fee listed is based on an hourly booking with a minimum charge of one hour. This rate is in effect for any booking between 9:00AM and 10:00PM, Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays. M17 – Minor Hockey 3 is defined as the rental rate charged for youth ice sports to organized non-profit groups based in the Town of Princeton or Area H of the Regional District of Okanagan-Similkameen. The fee listed is based on an hourly booking with a minimum charge of one hour. This rate is in effect for any booking on Saturday, Sunday or statutory holidays. M18 – Minor Hockey 4 is defined as the rental rate charged for youth ice sports to organized non-profit groups based in the Town of Princeton or Area H of the Regional District of Okanagan-Similkameen for the purposes of hosting a sports tournament. The fee listed is based on a flat rate per occurrence. This rate is in effect for a booking encompassing any portion of a consecutive 2 or more day period as to be determined by the Director in charge of the recreation facility being booked or his designate. M19 – Adult Hockey 1 is defined as the rental rate charged for adult ice sports to organized non-profit groups based in the Town of Princeton or Area H of the Regional District of Okanagan-Similkameen. The fee listed is based on an hourly booking with a minimum charge of one hour. M20 – Adult Hockey 2 is defined as the rental rate charged for adult ice sports to organized non-profit groups based in the Town of Princeton or Area H of the Regional District of Okanagan-Similkameen for the purposes of hosting a sports tournament. The fee listed is based on a flat rate per occurrence. This rate is in effect for a booking encompassing any portion of a consecutive 2 or more day period as to be determined by the Director in charge of the recreation facility being booked or his designate. M21 – Out of Town Booking is defined as the rental rate charged for ice sports to organized non-profit groups based outside the Town of Princeton or Area H of the Regional District of Okanagan- Similkameen. The fee listed is based on an hourly booking with a minimum charge of one hour. M22 – School District Booking is defined as the admission rate for an unlimited number of persons who are currently attending an educational facility, whether elementary, secondary or post-secondary, with a current, valid ID to their educational institution and that educational institution initiating a group booking on its behalf to access the Princeton Centennial Pool, the Princeton & District Arena for public skating events, or any other recreation event that charges a standard admission rate. The fee is charged as an hourly rate. This fee replaces rates for admission for the adults and children that would otherwise use the M03, M04, and M06 rates. M23 – Junior Hockey 1 is defined as the rental rate charged for junior hockey activity between July 1 and September 15 to organized non-profit groups based in the Town of Princeton or Area H of the Regional Town of Princeton Fees and Charges Bylaw 1026, 2022 Page 27 District of Okanagan-Similkameen. The fee listed is based on an hourly booking with a minimum charge of one hour. M24 – Junior Hockey 2 is defined as the rental rate charged for junior hockey activity after September 1 to the end of organized regular season play to organized non-profit groups based in the Town of Princeton or Area H of the Regional District of Okanagan-Similkameen for the purposes of a regular season of play. The fee listed is based on an annual rate. M25 – Junior Hockey 3 is defined as the rental rate charged for junior hockey activity for any post-season activity to organized non-profit groups based in the Town of Princeton or Area H of the Regional District of Okanagan-Similkameen. The fee listed is based on an hourly booking with a minimum charge of one hour. M26 – Mezzanine 1 is defined as the rental rate charged for the rental of the mezzanine of the Princeton & District Arena if the arena is booked under M18 or M20. The fee is in addition to any rate charged for M18 and M20. The fee listed is based on the same time period as the booking for M18 or M20. This fee replaces the fee charged under M27. M27 – Mezzanine 2 is defined as the rental rate charged for the rental of the mezzanine of the Princeton & District Arena. The fee listed is based on an hourly booking with a minimum charge of one hour. This fee is the default fee charged for the mezzanine at the Princeton & District Arena unless replaced by another rate. M28 – Mezzanine 3 is defined as the rental rate charged for the rental of the mezzanine of the Princeton & District Arena. The fee listed is based on an daily booking. This fee replaces the fee charged under M27. M29 – Skate Sharpening 1 is defined as the service provided to sharpen skates. The fee listed is based on a per use basis. M30 – Skate Sharpening 2 is defined as the service provided to sharpen skates. The fee listed is based on a per use basis up to 10 times, non-consecutively. M31 – Dry Floor 1 is defined as the rental rate charged for use of the Princeton & District Arena to organized non-profit groups based in the Town of Princeton or Area H of the Regional District of Okanagan-Similkameen without an ice surface. The fee listed is based on an hourly rate with the minimum charge being one hour. This fee replaces the fee charged under M32. M32 – Dry Floor 2 is defined as the rental rate charged for use of the Princeton & District Arena without an ice surface. This rate is the default rate for groups using the Princeton & District Arena without an ice surface unless another rate applies. The fee listed is based on a daily rate.
