TOWN OF PRINCETON
BYLAW NO. 981, 2020
A Bylaw to repeal Bylaws known to be no longer relevant to the business of the Town of Princeton
WHEREAS a municipal council may, by B ylaw, repeal existing B ylaws pursuant to section 137(1)(b) of the Community Charter.
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Town of Princeton , in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
1. This Bylaw may be cited as “Town of Princeton Repeal Bylaw No. 981, 2020”.
2. That Bylaw No. 364, 1981, cited as “The Town of Princeton Private Swimming Pool Fence
Bylaw No. 364, 1981.” and all amendments thereto, are hereby repealed.
3. That Bylaw No. 906, 2015 cited as “Town of Princeton Official Community Plan Bylaw No.
808, Amendment (Burton Avenue) Bylaw No. 906, 2015” is hereby repealed.
