BYLAW 959, 2019
REPEAL BYLAW (2)
A bylaw to repeal certain sections of the 2011 Cemetery Administration Bylaw
WHEREAS the Council of the Town of Princeton may, by Bylaw repeal existing Bylaws pursuant to section 137(1)(b) of the Community Charter; AND WHEREAS there are some bylaws that need to have sections repealed and amended to incorporate the Town of Princeton Fees and Charges Bylaw 957, 2019; NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Town of Princeton , in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
1. That Schedule “B” of Bylaw No. 857, 2011, Cemetery Administration is hereby repealed.
2. That Section 5.01 of Bylaw No. 857, 2011, Cemetery Administration shall now read as
follows:
5.01 The fees for interment, disinterment, use of grave space and care of graves and
any other cemetery fees shall be those set out in the Town of Princeton Fees and Charges Bylaw and any amendments made to said bylaw made by Council from time to time.
3. That this Bylaw be cited for all purposes as the “Town of Princeton Repeal Bylaw (2) No.
959, 2019. READ A FIRST AND SECOND TIME THIS 19th day of February, 2019 READ A THIRD TIME THIS 4th day of March, 2019 ADOPTED THIS 18th day of March, 2019
