BYLAW NO. 1010, 2021
A bylaw to amend the Town of Princeton Zoning Bylaw No. 880, 2013
The Council of the Town of Princeton, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
1. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the “Town of Princeton Zoning Amendment
Bylaw No. 1010, 2021.”
2. The Town of Princeton Zoning Bylaw No. 880, 2013 is amended by:
Section 6.27 Metal Shipping Containers:
Remove current subsection .7 Adding subsection .7 – use of Metal Shipping Containers as Accessory Buildings must meet all relevant building, Fire, and Safety regulations.
Read a first and second time this 20 th day of September, 2021 Read a third time as amended this 20th day of September, 2021 Notice to waive a Public Hearing was given this 7th day of October, 2021 and this 14th day of October, 2021 Approved pursuant to section 52(3)(a) of the Transportation Act, this 26th day of October, 2021 Original signed by Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure For Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure
