TOWN OF PRINCETON
BYLAW NO. 1048, 2024
The Council of the Town of Princeton, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
1. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the “Town of Princeton Zoning Amendment
Bylaw No. 1048, 2024.”
2. The Official Zoning Map, being Schedule ‘A’ of the Town of Princeton Zoning Bylaw No 880,
2013 is amended by changing the land use designation as the lands described as Lot B, Block 19, DL 706, Plan EPP 130167 located at 89 Tapton Avenue shown shaded red on Schedule ‘1’ which forms part of this Bylaw, from C2, Central Business to CD3, Comprehensive Development Zone, Duplex - Laneway.
