TOWN OF PRINCETON
BYLAW NO. 1039, 2023
The Council of the Town of Princeton, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
1. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the “Town of Princeton Zoning Amendment
Bylaw No. 1039, 2023.”
2. The Town of Princeton Zoning Bylaw No. 880, 2013 is amended by:
Adding a new section 21(C) - Comprehensive Development Zone, CD3 – Duplex Laneway, attached.
3. The Official Zoning Map, being Schedule ‘A’ of the Town of Princeton Zoning Bylaw No 880,
2013 is amended by changing the land use designation of the land described as Lot 27, KAP 55, Block 19, District Lot 706 (127 Tapton Avenue) and shown shaded yellow on Schedule ‘A’ which forms part of this Bylaw, from RM2 Multi-Family Residential to Comprehensive Development Zone, CD3 – Duplex Laneway.
Read a first and second time this 7th day of June, 2023 Waived the holding of a Public Hearing this 7th day of June, 2023 Public Notice as per section 467 of the Local Government Act was given this 22nd day of June, 2023 and 29th day of June, 2023 editions of the Similkameen Spotlight newspaper. Read a third time this 5th day of July, 2023
Approved pursuant to section 52(3)(a) of the Transportation Act, this 7th day of July , 2023
