TOWN OF PRINCETON
BYLAW NO. 1033, 2022
A bylaw to amend the Town of Princeton Council Procedure Bylaw No. 897, 2014
The Council of the Town of Princeton, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
1. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the “Town of Princeton Council Procedure
Amendment Bylaw No. 1033, 2022.”
2. The Town of Princeton Council Procedure Bylaw No. 897, 2014 is amended by:
Section 5. Time and Location of Meetings
Subsection (2) Regular Council meetings must: Remove subsection: (a) be held on the first and third Monday of each month; (b)be adjourned at 10:30 p.m. on the day scheduled for the meeting unless Council resolves to proceed beyond that time in accordance with section 25;
Add subsection: (2)(a) be held on the first and third Wednesday of each month; (2)(b) be adjourned no later than 3 hours from the meeting start time unless Council resolves to proceed beyond that time in accordance with section 25;
Read a first time this 21st day of November, 2022 Read second time this 21st day of November, 2022 Read a third time this 21st day of November, 2022 Adopted this 19th day of December, 2022.
