BYLAW NO. 1032, 2022
A bylaw to amend the Town of Princeton Zoning Bylaw No. 880, 2013. T he Council of the Town of Princeton, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: 1. T his Bylaws may be cited for all purposes as the “Town of Princeton Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 1032, 2022.” 2. T he Town of Princeton Zoning Bylaw No. 880, 2013 is amended by changing the zoning designation of the land described as: Lot A, Plan KAP26026, District Lot 706, Yale Div of Yale Land District, Except Plan H18300 w hich forms part of this Bylaw, from Central Business (C2) to Service Commercial (CS) to allow for the development of a gas station, convenience store and Subway restaurant.
3. The Official Zoning Map, being Schedule ‘A’ of the Town of Princeton Zoning Bylaw
No. 880, 2013, is amended by changing the land use designation of the land described as: Lot A, Plan KAP26026, District Lot 706, Yale Div of Yale Land District, Except Plan H18300 which forms part of this Bylaw, from Central Business (C2) to Service Commercial (245 Highway 3) and shown shaded yellow on Schedule ‘A’ which forms
part of this Bylaw, from Central Business (C2) to Service Commercial (CS)
R ead a first and second time this 25th day of October, 2022 W aived the holding of a Public Hearing this 25th day of October, 2022 P ublic Notice as per section 467 of the Local Government Act was given this 10th day of November, 2022 and 17th day of November, 2022 editions of the Similkameen Spotlight newspaper.
