TOWN OF PRINCETON
BYLAW NO. 1040, 2023
The Council of the Town of Princeton, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
1. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the “Town of Princeton Zoning Amendment
Bylaw No. 1040, 2023.”
2. The Town of Princeton Zoning Bylaw No. 880, 2013 is amended by:
Amending Section 22, the CD2, Comprehensive Development Two Zone – Mixed Use Commercial and Multiple Family, as follows: • Renumbering Section 22 to Section 21(B) • Delete Section 21(b).1.16 • Section 21(b) 2.2 to be amended by adding: o Rear parcel line (not fronting Similkameen River) – 2.2m (7.5 ft.) • Section 21(b) 2.6 to be amended to read: o There shall be a minimum of 1% of the total gross floor area of the development used for commercial purposes on the ground floor. Read a first and second time this 18th day of August 2023 Waived the holding of a Public Hearing this 18th day of August 2023 Public Notice as per section 467 of the Local Government Act was given this 24th day of August 2023 and 31st day of August, 2023 editions of the Similkameen Spotlight n ewspaper. Read a third time this 6th day of September 2023 Approved pursuant to section 52(3)(a) of the Transportation Act , this 15th day of September, 2023 ________________________________ For Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Adopted this 26 day of September, 2023.
