TOWN OF PRINCETON
BYLAW NO. 1047, 2024
The Council of the Town of Princeton, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
1. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the “The Town of Princeton Official Community
Plan Amendment Bylaw No. 1047, 2024.”
2. The Town of Princeton Official Community Plan Bylaw No. 1044, 2023 be amended by:
Amending the Land Use Plan – Schedule B to redesignate Lot B, Block 19, DL 706, Plan EPP 130167 located at 89 Tapton Avenue as shown on attached Schedule 1 from TC, Town Centre to MR Medium Density Residential.
Read a first and second time this 7th day of February, 2024 Read a third time this 6th day of March, 2024 Adopted this 20th day of March, 2024.
